02 ME:RACLE
BOX

The miracle we create together, starting with 'me'

From 2016 to 2024, OLIVE YOUNG delivered Pink Boxes containing hygiene products and basic care items to over 10,000 low-income female adolescents through the 'Pink Box Sharing Campaign'.
Starting in 2025, we will begin sharing 'ME:RACLE BOX' for young adults preparing for independence nationwide. Through boxes filled with health & beauty products, we support young adults preparing for independence in creating healthy and beautiful daily lives. OLIVE YOUNG will continue to cheer on more young adults' confident start and independence, joining them on their journey to create small miracles in everyday life.

03 MY First
ME:RACLE

Starting in 2025, we will launch and support the new job training program, My First ME:RACLE. We provide various opportunities, including comprehensive education courses for certification acquisition and overseas exploration activities, so that young adults preparing for independence who dream of growth in fields of interest, such as beauty, can discover new possibilities and develop their capabilities. Through the education programs supported by OLIVE YOUNG, we will work together to help young adults preparing for independence take strong first steps toward tomorrow.

Activities

OLIVE YOUNG, CJ-UNESCO Girls' Education Campaign

Since 2014, we have been collaborating with UNESCO to provide educational opportunities to girls in developing countries who lack access to education. We have operated various campaigns, including the N Seoul Tower Donation Tree, Shine Bright Diary, Pink Receipts, sales of ONLYONE brand products, Today Dream service partnerships, and the Girls' Education Campaign Week, which have informed customers about the meaning and importance of girls' education. Furthermore, in collaboration with OLIVE YOUNG Awards & Festa, we raised donations through online ticket sales revenue and offline on-site events. The funds are donated to UNESCO and used for activities to provide better education for girls in developing countries such as Vietnam, Tanzania, and Nigeria.

Other Employee Participation Activities

OLIVE YOUNG operates various volunteer programs to communicate with local communities and fulfill social responsibility through employees' voluntary participation, including making and donating cotton sanitary pads and children's books. Together with the CJ Welfare Foundation, we participated in cultural social contribution activities, such as the Dream Growing Wonder Walk and CJ Donors Camp sports festivals, supporting the physical and emotional health of children at local children's centers.

Additionally, we operate the 'CJ Donors Camp Donation Kiosk' in our company cafe, enabling employees to make donations at any time. Employees can easily and conveniently donate by simply tagging their employee ID cards. The system operates with a 1:1 matching grant method, where the company donates the same amount as employees donate. In the future, OLIVE YOUNG plans to continue fostering the culture of sharing and caring through various social contribution activities alongside our employees.
